Enhancing class participation by applying principles of intergroup dialogue - (Session 2 of 7)



The workshop is an overview of the main features of inter-group dialogue and how applying these can enhance class discussion, especially about difficult social topics. Faculty will engage in a discussion of establishing guidelines for interaction that promote listening to understand, negotiating power dynamics among students, and a non-judgmental exchange of ideas.
